The Challenge
Modernizing Representation in a Competitive Market
Baron & Herskowitz is a powerhouse in high-stakes litigation, specializing in medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and personal injury across Florida. However, in the highly competitive Miami legal market, they needed a digital presence that matched their reputation for excellence.
Their challenge was to create a platform that was not only visually authoritative but also deeply accessible to a diverse clientele. They required a website that could communicate complex legal expertise (like “Defective Products” and “Class Actions”) in a way that was easy to navigate for users in distress, while fully supporting the region’s Spanish-speaking population.
Key Obstacles:
- ✕Language Barrier: Crucial legal resources were inaccessible to a large portion of the Miami community due to a lack of Spanish integration.
- ✕Content Overload: The firm’s vast expertise in diverse areas (Medical Malpractice to Class Actions) was difficult to organize without overwhelming the user.
- ✕Mobile Friction: High-stress clients seeking immediate help faced complex navigation that wasn’t optimized for smartphones.
The Strategy
User-Centric Mobile Design
We shifted the focus to a “mobile-first” approach. Knowing that many personal injury clients search for help via smartphones immediately after incidents, we engineered a responsive design that ensures fast load times and intuitive navigation on any device.
Bilingual Content Integration
To serve the Miami community effectively, we implemented comprehensive Content Translation. This wasn’t just a plugin; it was a strategic overhaul to ensure all practice areas—from Medical Malpractice to Premise Liability—were professionally accessible in both English and Spanish.
Trust & Authority Signals
We structured the site to immediately highlight key trust indicators: the firm’s “100+ years of combined experience,” their “AV Preeminent®” ratings, and their “No Recovery, No Fee” promise. This reduced friction for potential clients deciding to make contact.

Driving Digital Accessibility
The new Baron & Herskowitz website successfully bridges the gap between high-level legal expertise and client accessibility. The “dynamic” and “mobile-friendly” design ensures that users can easily find critical information about Nursing Home Abuse or Insurance Disputes, while the integrated translation services have expanded the firm’s reach to the broader South Florida community.
