As Chief Operating Officer of Public Affairs at Ingage, Alexi brings over 15 years of experience operating at the intersection of real estate development, public regulation, and municipal affairs across South Florida. She has direct experience navigating the regulatory and political dynamics that shape development outcomes in the region’s most complex jurisdictions.
Real Estate & Entitlement Experience
Before joining Ingage, Alexi served as Vice President of Land Acquisitions at Taylor Morrison, where she directed the division’s land purchase strategy, negotiated contracts with landowners and municipalities, and managed pre-closing entitlement and permitting activities across Southwest Florida. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade at Lennar Homes, the nation’s largest homebuilder, advancing from Regional Analyst to Director of Entitlements for Southeast Florida overseeing the acquisition of thousands of homesites across Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
